Dear sir/madam,

I am a member of a forum, Biancocelsti.org, which itself is member of your network.

Recently Mr. Powar gave an interview to a representative of the forum, in which he mentioned the infamous attack at some Tottenham supporters in Rome nearly a year ago.

Mr. Powar argued that, I quote: 'I think the problem is that Lazio at the moment have a reputation across Europe of being a club in the recent past, the last 10-15 years, that has been associated to the right and people say…For example, … the famous attack in Campo de’ Fiori which was almost fatal, where Tottenham Hotspur fans were attacked and I know about the debate of the small group'.

This in spite of the spreding news the day after the attack, which reported Lazio supporters as being uncontrovertibly the only responsibles of the attack in the reason of the match played the next day and the 'reputation across Europe'.

Since Mr. Powar admitted that part of the reputation was also based on the 'incontrovertible', as presented by media the next day, facts related to the attack, I am confident he and the network he presides and you are a member of, will help Lazio supporters in disclosing the actual truth to the public opinion.

With a voice as loud as that condemning them soon after the attack, the only way for anyone to come clear of bad reputation.

I am aware that a good part of this problem has been caused by some of the Lazio supporter but I can assure you that many of us are working hard in order to clear this reputation, isolating them and disapproving of their behaviour with any means in any occasion. As well as the club itself, as far as the Italian laws permitted.

I really hope you’d agree that the only way to help is to ensure that we are not all condemned only because of the team we support on the basis of hear'saying and that only facts are used to judge.

We are glad that many Lazio supporters do no longer put up with racism and discrimination. It's good to see that they actively get involved with Fare.

direi che al momento piu' che guardare a quanto ci e' stato dato in meno di cio' che ci spetta, di guardare a quanto in piu' ci e' stato dato di quello che ci veniva dato prima.

e tieniamoci pronti per quado arriveranno le condanne ai tifosi Laziali arrestati nell'ambito della stessa indagine.

personalmente, attenderei la pubblicazione della lista e se ci soddisfa ringraziare ognuno per proprio conto.
