Goran Pandev sat out the first six months in the stands, but has now won the Treble with Inter after his Lazio nightmare.
“It is a dream come true. I must thank everyone, as they really helped me after I came here and it's so wonderful for Inter to win after so many years,” said the Macedonian.
He was frozen out for the first half of the season following a contract dispute, so did not think after his legal action and free transfer that he'd be here celebrating the Scudetto, Coppa Italia and Champions League.
“I wouldn't have believed them if someone had told me! I had a terrible six months at Lazio, but I knew that I was coming to a top club that was ready to win everything. I didn't expect them to do it so quickly!
“We hope Jose Mourinho does not leave, but the team is very strong and we must continue along this path.
“We know it's tough to win all three trophies again, but we have to keep calm and give it another go.
“I also thank my wife and children, as they really helped me during this difficult time.”

"E' un sogno che diventa realta', devo ringraziare tutti quanti perche mi hanno veramente aiutato quando sono arrivato qui ed e' meraviglioso per l'Inter vincere dopo cosi' tanti anni" ha detto il macedone.
Era stato fermo per la prima parte della stagione a causa di una disputa contrattuale e non pensava, dopo la sua azione legale e il suo trasferimento gratuito, di festeggiare una coppa nazionale, uno scudetto e una champions league.
"NOn ci avrei mai creduto se me lo avessero detto. Ho passato 6 mesi terribili alla Lazio, ma sapevo di stare per arrivare in un top club che era pronto a vincere tutto. NOn mi aspettavo pero' che tutto cio' avvenisse cosi' in fretta! Speriamo che Jose Mourino non ci lasci, ma la squadra e' molto forte e dobbiamo continuare su questa strada. Sappiamo che sara' dura vincere tutti e 3 i titoli nuovamente, ma dobbiamo rimanere calmi e riprovarci.
